Rain has designed a compensation program that is highly rewarding, with nine ways to earn. All bonuses are paid on the Commissionable Volume (CV) of the Rain products sold.
The foundation of your business is the group of satisfied customers you have introduced the products to.
Rain will pay you a Fast Start Commission each time one of your new enrollees purchases one of the designated Activation Order Packs.
When one of your personally enrolled Associates earns a Fast Start Commission of their own, you will earn the designated Match.
If you achieve the rank of Partner within your first full three commission weeks, you earn a Partner Bonus of $100.
If you achieve the rank of Senior Partner within your first full six commission weeks, you earn an additional $200 Senior Partner bonus.
The Executive Global Advancement Pool is for those who have reached the executive ranks. One percent of the global commissionable volume generated will be divided among those who qualify at the executive ranks. This pool is paid out weekly.
Everyone that gets involved with Rain can build two marketing organizations. At the end of each week, the company adds up all the commissionable volume in each marketing organization. A team commission of 10 percent is paid on the entire commissionable volume in the lesser side. You can earn up to $10,000 per week in Team Commissions.
As you advance to the higher ranks, you can qualify for the Global Diamond Advancement Pool. Participating Associates receive shares in the pool which is funded by one and a half percent of the company global commissionable paid volume, paid monthly. Shares are earned starting at the paid rank of Diamond Director and the percentage paid increases by rank.
With this lucrative bonus, you can match a percentage of the Team Commissions checks of up to seven generations of qualified Bronze Executives or higher. This number of generations that you qualify for matching bonuses is determined on the rank you achieve. There are no limits on the number of people you can enroll.
